Abstract
Scealta Sláinte, Health Stories, presents a selection of stories told about living well with long-term conditions. Sometimes people have the same “diagnosis”, but ultimately everyone’s experience is unique. There are many circumstances contributing to how people’s conditions are perceived and managed. As healthcare professionals, it is our duty to make sure people with chronic conditions feel supported throughout their journey with the disease.
