Abstract
This working paper analyses the findings of the Mother and Baby Homes Commission of Investigation alongside other available information regarding the receipt, use, retention and burial of fetuses'/infants' remains by the University. It welcomes the convening of a Truth Recovery Expert Panel and establishment of a permanent Project Archivist post with responsibility for the University's institutional archives, and makes further human rights-focused recommendations to the University President.
